Report a generated-site visitor row write so the table actions configured for it run.

/internal/sitenova/row-event/:connectionId

universal-backend reports EVERY visitor write (create/update/delete, registration, file upload) here; the core runs only the table actions the connection owner attached to this table + event in RocketAdmin (URL webhook / Slack / email) and answers how many matched. No rule ⇒ nothing runs. Per-action failures are reported in the body, never as an error status — the write already happened.
